Yes, we accept returns on unused, original-condition yarn in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that wound yarn or sale items are final sale.
Can I request a specific dye lot for my project?
We always try to match dye lots for multiple skeins of the same color in a single order. If you need a specific dye lot from a previous purchase, please contact us before ordering to check availability.
Are your yarns suitable for weaving, knitting, or crochet?
